DMS Imaging becomes European Medical Solutions
On June 13, 2024, DMS Imaging announced a name change. The company, specializing in high-performance medical imaging systems for digital radiology and bone densitometry, will now be known as European Medical Solutions.
The General Meeting of Shareholders, held on June 13, 2024, approved this resolution. The change of company name will take effect from June 18, 2024. From this date, the share listed on Euronext Growth in Paris will bear the name European Medical S, with the mnemonic code ALEMS and the unchanged ISIN code BE0974289218.
European Medical Solutions will publish its next financial results on the following dates: July 18, 2024 for half-year revenue, September 27, 2024 for half-year results, October 17, 2024 for third quarter revenue and January 16 2025 for annual turnover.
