DNCA Finance Crosses Downward the 5% Threshold in GTT

On October 11, 2024, DNCA Finance announced that it had crossed the threshold of 5% of the capital and voting rights of GAZTRANSPORT ET TECHNIGAZ (GTT). This decrease is the result of a share sale carried out on October 8, 2024. DNCA Finance now holds 1,855,704 GTT shares, representing 4.99% of the capital.

This company, under the aegis of Natixis Investment Managers, acts autonomously in accordance with the regulatory articles in force. The shares concerned were part of the funds managed through agreements concluded with Natixis and Ostrum Asset Management in 2020. These agreements delegate to DNCA the responsibility for reporting threshold crossings.
