Dolkam Suja a.s. Announces Ordinary General Meeting

Dolkam Suja a.s. has scheduled an Ordinary General Meeting (OGM) for June 18, 2025, at its premises in Bratislava. The agenda includes reviewing the financial statements for 2024 and electing a new board member.

The meeting will address several financial reports, including the 2024 annual report and auditor’s findings. Discussions will also focus on the distribution of profits, royalties, and dividends.

Shareholders can participate and vote at the meeting scheduled to begin at 11:00 am, with registration starting at 10:00 am. Proper identification and documentation are required for entry.

Additionally, there will be an election for an auditor for 2025 and a discussion on the company's business plan for the coming year.
