DWK Deutsche Wasserkraft AG: Gunnar Binder to Leave Management Board and Continue as Consultant

Hamburg, 30 September 2024 – DWK Deutsche Wasserkraft AG has announced that Gunnar Binder will step down from the Executive Board as planned, effective 30 September 2024. This decision was made by mutual agreement. Following his departure, Jan Erik Schulien and Henning Rath will constitute the Management Board. Despite stepping down, Binder will continue to lend his expertise as a consultant.

Binder, who has been with the company since 2013, played a significant role in the rebranding and restructuring of CGift to DWK Deutsche Wasserkraft AG. His extensive capital market knowledge has been invaluable during this period.

Delf Ness, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, expressed gratitude for Binder’s commitment and is pleased that Binder's advisory role will allow DWK to continue benefiting from his expertise.
