Eagle Football Group Share Transactions from 23 to 27 September 2024

Eagle Football Group, formerly OL Groupe, has announced the transactions of its own shares carried out between September 23 and 27, 2024. This declaration is part of the company's share buyback program.

Each day, the group acquired a volume of shares at a specific weighted average price. For example, 183 shares were purchased on September 23 at a price of 2.24907 euros.

The detailed transactions show purchases spread over various time slots, with volumes varying from 1 to 175 shares per transaction, at a unit price oscillating around 2.23 to 2.29 euros.

All purchases were made on the Euronext Paris market, with the aim of cancelling the shares purchased.
