Eagle Plains Receives Conditional Approval for Warrant Extensions

Eagle Plains Resources Ltd. announced it has received conditional approval from the TSX Venture Exchange to extend the term of 3,785,529 outstanding common share purchase warrants. Originally set to expire on July 11, 2025, the warrants may now expire on July 11, 2026, pending final approval. These warrants are subject to an accelerated expiry if the stock closes at or above $0.50 for 20 consecutive trading days. The exercise price remains at $0.25 per warrant.

Additionally, Eagle Plains is seeking to extend 2,220,750 warrants issued in August 2023. The current expiry is August 2, 2025, with a proposed extension to August 2, 2026. The terms, including a $0.30 exercise price, remain unchanged. These moves aim to provide flexibility for warrant holders under specific market conditions.
