Eagle Royalties Concludes Transaction with Uranium Royalties

Eagle Royalties Ltd. has announced the successful closure of a transaction with Royal Uranium Inc. and its subsidiary, 1485568 B.C. Ltd. The deal involved the sale of 12 uranium royalties to the subsidiary for a total amount of $CDN 3.75 million. This completion follows the initial announcement made on June 12, 2024.

Established as a standalone entity in 2022, Eagle Royalties was a former subsidiary of Eagle Plains Resources Ltd. It was spun out in May 2023 and began trading on the Canadian Securities Exchange shortly after. The company holds a diverse portfolio of royalty interests in western Canada, spanning various commodities including critical metals, precious metals, industrial minerals, and diamonds.

Current projects under Eagle Royalties include partnerships with prominent companies such as Hecla Mining Co., Banyan Gold Corp., and Skeena Resources Ltd., among others.
