EasyJet Announces Director/PDMR Shareholding Updates
On 11 June 2024, easyJet plc disclosed that Equiniti Share Plan Trustees Limited, the Trustee of the easyJet plc Share Incentive Plan, purchased ordinary shares on behalf of key managerial figures on 10 June 2024. This plan allows employees in the UK to buy easyJet shares using deductions from their monthly salary.
Stuart Birrell, Chief Data & Information Officer, Kenton Jarvis, Chief Financial Officer, David Morgan, Chief Operating Officer, and Garry Wilson each acquired shares at £4.59 per share. Additionally, David Morgan received 37 Dividend Shares at £5.43 per share.
