Fidelity Management reduces its stake in Econocom Group
On February 6, 2026, Fidelity Management & Research Company LLC, controlled by FMR LLC, reduced its stake in Econocom Group by falling below the 5% voting rights threshold. This reduction occurred from 11,964,713 to 11,197,030 voting rights out of a total of 227,435,308.
Following the cancellation of treasury shares on February 10, FMR LLC and its associated entities hold 15,514,003 voting rights, representing 9.5% of the share capital and 6.9% of the voting rights of Econocom Group. This decision is in accordance with Article 14 concerning the disclosure of shareholdings.
