Leadership Transition at ecotel communication ag
Ecotel communication ag has announced a significant change in its executive leadership. Markus Hendrich, CEO of the company, will leave his position on February 2, 2026, due to personal reasons. The Supervisory Board and Mr. Hendrich mutually agreed on his departure from the Management Board.
To maintain leadership stability, the Supervisory Board has appointed Peter Zils as the interim CEO, effective February 3, 2026. Mr. Zils, a founder and former Chairman of the company, will hold the role until the Annual General Meeting later in the year. His extensive experience and previous leadership roles at ecotel are expected to provide continuity during this transition period.
This change marks an important period for ecotel communication ag as it navigates this executive transition phase.
