Eduform'Action becomes majority shareholder of Digital Business School

Eduform'Action, a group in full expansion in the initial and professional training market, announces its acquisition of a 65% stake in the capital of Digital Business School (DBS). This strategic acquisition aims to strengthen its position in training for the jobs of the future. Founded in 2017 in Nîmes, DBS specializes in digital, offering state-recognized diplomas and meeting the skills needs of companies, particularly in the face of the expected creation of one million digital jobs by 2030.
DBS offers a variety of training courses, such as BTS in Operational Business Management and Communication, or Bachelors and Masters in Digital Commerce. The school relies on a solid network of more than sixty partner companies, combining theoretical teaching and professional experience. This merger aims to accelerate the development of DBS and strengthen its innovative educational approach on a national scale.
