EDUNIVERSAL: Results of the takeover bid and delisting from Euronext
EDUNIVERSAL announces the results of its voluntary buyback offer for its shares listed on Euronext Access. EDUNIVERSAL RECONQUETE, alongside Mr. Martial GUIETTE, already held 90.39% of the shares. The offer covered the remaining 1,494,726 shares, offered at €0.20 each. At the close on September 11, 2025, 445,006 shares had been repurchased, for a total amount of €89,001.20.
Following this transaction, the Offeror's stake amounts to 93.24% of the capital. In accordance with market rules, EDUNIVERSAL has requested the delisting of its shares from Euronext Access, effective September 19, 2025. The shares are therefore no longer tradable on this market. The remaining shareholders may contact the company for any information requests.
