EIFFAGE General Meeting: Key Information
EIFFAGE invites its shareholders to its combined general meeting on April 23, 2025, in Paris, Salle Wagram. The agenda and draft resolutions were published in the BALO on March 14. A notice of meeting will follow in a legal journal and in the BALO on April 2.
The preparatory documents, in accordance with Article R.22-10-22 of the French Commercial Code, are available on the company's website. They can also be consulted at EIFFAGE's headquarters.
Registered shareholders can request electronic delivery of their documents up to five days before the event. Holders of bearer shares must provide a certificate. EIFFAGE encourages remote voting via Votaccess and invites you to visit their website for regular updates.
