Eiffage Wins €700 Million Contract for Office Complex Construction
On August 26, 2024, Eiffage announced that its subsidiary, Eiffage Construction, has secured a significant contract valued at nearly €700 million. The project involves the design, construction, operation, and maintenance of an office complex for the French Ministry of the Interior and Overseas France.
The complex will be located in Saint-Ouen-sur-Seine, in the Seine-Saint-Denis department. Eiffage will lead the consortium, which includes the architectural firm Groupe-6 and the Ingérop design office. The contract also includes a five-year maintenance period after completion.
