Eighteenth Annual General Meeting of Delticom AG
Hanover, June 06, 2024 – Delticom AG, Europe’s leading online retailer for tyres and complete wheels, held its eighteenth Annual General Meeting in Hanover. The meeting saw a presence of 52.64% of the share capital, with all agenda items approved by a majority of shareholders.
Delticom AG, celebrating its 25th anniversary in July, discussed the achievements and challenges of the 2023 financial year and outlined strategic plans for 2024. The company’s Management Board member Andreas Prüfer addressed the shareholders during the meeting.
The company confirmed its full-year forecast, expecting revenues between €450 million and €470 million for 2024 and an operating EBITDA ranging from €19 million to €21 million. The Semi-Annual Report will be available on August 14, 2024.
