Einhell Germany AG Announces Upcoming Management Board Appointments

Einhell Germany AG has declared its intention to appoint Michael Brunner and Heinz Hoffmann to its Management Board, effective January 1, 2026. Both bring substantial experience from their current roles as authorized signatories at the company. Brunner, who has been with Einhell since 2016, will oversee the Finance department. He holds extensive expertise in auditing, revision, and controlling.

Hoffmann, joining the company in 2008, apart from some brief interruptions, will manage the International department. His tenure at Einhell includes significant contributions to international business development and investment controlling. These appointments follow the planned departure of Jan Teichert, the current Chief Financial Officer, who will resign by the end of 2025 after a 23-year tenure.
