Ekosem-Agrar AG Bondholders Urged to Vote in Upcoming Meetings

e.Anleihe GmbH, the joint representative of the Ekosem-Agrar AG bondholders, has strongly advised bondholders to exercise their voting rights in the upcoming bondholders’ meetings scheduled for June 3 and 4, 2024. This recommendation comes after the initial meetings on May 2 lacked the necessary quorum, as less than half of the outstanding bonds were represented.

The forthcoming meetings require only a 25% quorum of the outstanding bond volume, which is lower than the first attempt. In preparation, a virtual informational event is set for May 23, 2024, to discuss the feedback from non-quorate initial meetings and strategize for the upcoming sessions.

Bondholders are being encouraged to secure blocking notices from their banks to confirm their bond ownership and eligibility to vote. For those unable to attend, they may authorize the investor protection group SdK Schutzgemeinschaft der Kapitalanleger e.V. to represent them, free of charge.
