Electric Metals Announces Changes to its Board of Directors

TORONTO, ON / ACCESSWIRE / September 20, 2024 / Electric Metals (USA) Limited ("EML" or the "Company") (TSXV:EML)(OTCQB:EMUSF) announced the resignation of Megan McElwain and John Kutkevicius from the board, as they pursue other endeavors. The Company expressed gratitude for their service and wished them well.

The Company also appointed Michèle McCarthy and Sylvia Chen as independent directors. Ms. McCarthy, President of McCarthy Law Professional Corporation, has significant experience in corporate restructuring and regulatory compliance. Ms. Chen, Vice President of Finance at Dundee Precious Metals, brings over 10 years of experience in the mining industry. Both appointments are expected to enhance the board's expertise.

Additionally, Dr. Quinton Hennigh has been elected chairman of the board, further strengthening the Company’s leadership as it continues to advance its strategic objectives.
