Electric Metals (USA) Limited (TSXV:EML)(OTCQB:EMUSF) has announced the nomination of Dr. Quinton Hennigh and Mr. Tyson Hall for election to its Board of Directors. The election will take place at the Company's annual general meeting on June 26, 2024. The current board members up for re-election include CEO Brian Savage, Dr. Henry Sandri, John Kutkevicius, Megan McElwain, and Steve Durbin.
Dr. Hennigh brings over 25 years of expertise in economic geology, with significant discoveries in gold mining. Mr. Hall has over 20 years of experience in specialty chemicals, mining, and manufacturing, and has led large organizations with substantial revenue responsibilities.
The company's Chair, Oliver Lennox-King, will not seek re-election. CEO Brian Savage expressed gratitude for Lennox-King's contributions and extended best wishes for his future.
