For its services, Senergy will receive a monthly payment of C$2,500 plus taxes for at least six months, with a special project payment configuration for digital marketing and advertising efforts amounting to C$30,000, of which C$25,000 is allocated for direct marketing expenses and C$5,000 as a service fee.

Both agreements are subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. These moves reflect Electric Metals (USA) Limited’s commitment to broadening its market and digital footprint, crucial for its strategic growth within the clean energy sector.
