ELECTRICITÉ DE STRASBOURG - 2nd NOTICE OF AGM OF JUNE 28, 2024

Électrité de Strasbourg will hold a Combined General Meeting on June 28, 2024. Shareholders will deliberate on numerous points on the agenda, including the approval of the corporate and consolidated accounts for the 2023 financial year, the allocation of results and executive remuneration.

The resolutions also include the renewal of the Board of Directors, the appointment of a new auditor and the approval of regulated agreements. A profit of €39,398,434.52 will be distributed, with a dividend of €8.60 per share to be paid from July 2, 2024.

The extraordinary part of the meeting will notably address the mission-driven company project and the modification of the statutes. The company emphasizes social and environmental goals aligned with its mission.

Shareholders can ask written questions until June 24, 2024 and vote by mail until June 25, 2024.
