Elmos Semiconductor SE Reports 2024 Annual Performance
Elmos Semiconductor SE has released its 2024 Annual Report, confirming preliminary financial figures and projecting positive guidance for 2025. The company plans to propose a 17.6% dividend increase to 1.00 Euro per share at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
Despite challenging market conditions, Elmos maintained its positive trajectory during its 40th anniversary year. CEO Dr. Arne Schneider emphasized the appropriate shareholder participation in the company's success, alongside financial flexibility for future growth.
Elmos also advanced its climate goals, reducing Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 20% in 2024, with plans for a 40% reduction by 2026. The company's sustainability efforts are now documented in compliance with the EU's Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive.
For 2025, Elmos anticipates sales between 550 and 610 million Euro and an EBIT margin around 23%. Capital expenditures are projected at approximately 7% of sales, with a positive free cash flow above the previous year's 0.9% of sales.
