Elmos Semiconductor Welcomes New Apprentices and Dual Students
Elmos Semiconductor SE, a leader in automotive mixed-signal semiconductors, announced the induction of new apprentices and dual students at its Dortmund site. This year, 11 individuals will join Elmos in technical and commercial fields, taking the total number of trainees at the company to 31.
The 2025 training programs include positions as IT specialists, electronics technicians, and physics laboratory technicians. Additionally, commercial roles involve industrial clerks and specialists in warehouse logistics. Elmos offers a comprehensive program focused not only on professional but also personal development.
The "Inner Engineering" initiative aims to enhance decision-making, communication, and other key skills through collective activities and workshops. This holistic approach supports the growth of new talent in a thriving industry.
