Emeis finalizes €251 million in operational and real estate sales

The company emeis has announced asset sales totaling €251 million since the beginning of October 2024. These sales include operations in Chile and the Czech Republic, for an amount of €171 million. An agreement has been signed with Penta Healthcare to sell this last region, representing 1.8% of the group's EBITDAR.

This strategy is part of a broader plan targeting €1.5 billion in disposals between mid-2022 and the end of 2025. Real estate disposals in Europe also contributed to this total, with transactions completed in Germany, Portugal, Spain, Benelux and Ireland, for an amount of €80 million.

The funds generated will reduce the group's debt, thereby strengthening its financial structure. To date, 60% of the disposal targets have been achieved or secured, increasing the group's confidence in achieving its strategic ambitions.
