Enapter AG Completes Capital Increase Successfully
Enapter AG has achieved a successful capital increase, generating gross proceeds of approximately €8 million. With the issuance of 1,877,934 new shares, the company’s total share capital now stands at €29,072,934. Each new share was priced at €4.26. The funds raised will support ongoing business activities.
The new shares will be listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange and the Hanseatic Stock Exchange in Hamburg on October 21, 2024. These shares are set to offer dividend rights from January 1, 2024. mwb fairtrade Wertpapierhandelsbank AG served as the subscription agent, and First Berlin Securities Brokerage was the sole bookrunner.
