ENCAVIS AG Announces CEO Transition
ENCAVIS AG has announced a significant leadership transition. Dr. Christoph Husmann will step down as Spokesman of the Management Board and CFO after the 2025 AGM. He will oversee the transition process, ensuring continuity. Mario Schirru, the current COO and CIO, has been named as Co-Spokesman and will ascend to CEO following the AGM and the squeeze-out process.
The Supervisory Board expressed gratitude to Dr. Husmann for a decade of leadership, acknowledging his pivotal role in turning ENCAVIS into a leading renewable energy entity in Europe. Schirru is recognized for his deep industry knowledge and strong track record.
The board is also searching for a new CFO to strengthen the leadership as ENCAVIS embarks on its next growth phase.
