End of the Liquidity Contract between Visiativ and Gilbert Dupont
On August 26, 2024, Visiativ, a specialist in digital transformation for SMEs and mid-cap companies, announced the end of the liquidity contract concluded with Gilbert Dupont. This contract, in place since May 14, 2014, officially ends on August 26, 2024.
The liquidity contract had already been suspended on 8 February 2024 as part of a proposed public offering. At that date, the liquidity account contained 3,680 shares and a cash balance of €43,685.29. For comparison, the half-yearly balance sheet of 31 December 2023 showed 2,450 shares and €78,515.63 in cash.
The contract was initially set up with a cash balance of €200,000. An additional contribution of €100,000 was made in September 2017. The end of the contract results in the transfer of securities and cash to Visiativ.
