End of the offer period for the acquisition of Unieuro by Fnac Darty
Fnac Darty has announced the end of the public offer period for the acquisition of Unieuro SpA shares. Unieuro shareholders are being offered a mixed consideration of €9.0 in cash and 0.1 Fnac Darty share, representing a premium of 42% over the reference price. This initiative could strengthen Fnac Darty's position on the Italian market.
A minimum threshold of participations has been set at 66.67% of Unieuro's share capital, compared to a previous 90%. If reached, the offer period could be reopened between 4 and 8 November 2024. However, in the event of participation exceeding 90%, the reopening will not be necessary.
As a reminder, the offer is only launched in Italy, excluding countries such as the United States and Canada, and respects the equal treatment of shareholders.
