ENGIE announces the terms of its Combined General Meeting of April 30, 2024
ENGIE invites its shareholders to the Combined General Meeting scheduled for April 30, 2024 at 2:30 p.m., at Dock Pullman, in Aubervilliers. The meeting notice, including the agenda and draft resolutions, was published on February 26, 2024 on the BALO website. The notice of meeting will also be available on this site on April 12, 2024 and in “Actu-juridique.fr”.
The preparatory documents are accessible to registered shareholders either by mail or by e-mail, and on request until April 29, 2024, 3 p.m. (Paris time). Bearer shareholders must consult their banking or financial intermediary. Furthermore, all documents can be consulted on the ENGIE website dedicated to the general meeting.
