ENGIE has announced the launch of a new global employee share ownership plan, "Link 2024." This initiative aims to place the company's employees at the heart of its project, allowing them to share in the value they help create. Link 2024 will be available in more than 20 countries.

The plan offers two formulas: "Link Classique," which includes a 20% discount and free allocation of additional shares, and "Link Multiple," which offers performance-based returns. Employees from over 20 countries can participate in the plan, provided they meet specific seniority conditions.

Participation is capped at 25% of an employee's gross annual remuneration, with a €1,000 maximum for the Link Multiple formula. Shares must be held for a lock-up period of five years, with some exceptions for early release.

The plan includes globally allocated 14.2 million shares, possibly increasing if necessary. The shares will be listed on Euronext Paris as soon as possible post-capital increase.
