Enstall acquires Schletter and strengthens its presence in Germany

Enstall, world leader in solar roof mounting solutions, announced the acquisition of the German group Schletter. The financial terms of the transaction remain confidential. Avenue Capital Group and Robus Capital, current shareholders of Schletter, will become minority shareholders of Enstall. This operation is supported by existing shareholders, Blackstone and Rivean Capital.

Schletter, founded in 1968, has supplied more than 55 GWp of solar installations across the world. This acquisition allows Enstall to consolidate its growth strategy and expand its presence in Central Europe, becoming the global leader in solar mounting systems.

Executives from both companies say they are optimistic about the merger, which aims to accelerate the adoption of solar energy. Stijn Vos, CEO of Enstall, and Florian Roos, CEO of Schletter, both highlighted the importance of this partnership to promote green and sustainable energy.
