Entech signs €30m contract for BESS systems

Energy storage company Entech has announced the signing of a contract worth over €30 million. This contract, the largest in its history, concerns the construction of battery energy storage systems (BESS) for a French energy operator. These systems will be distributed across several sites throughout France.
The implementation of this project will take place between March 2025 and November 2026, generating at least 15 million euros in turnover for 2025. The solutions provided by Entech will contribute to the regulation of the frequency of the medium voltage (MV) distribution network.
Christopher Franquet, CEO of Entech, says that this contract reflects the robustness of the company's model and strategy, with an ambitious target of 300 million euros in turnover by 2029.
