Grid AI Secures LOI with Hyperscaler AI Data-Center Developer
Entero Therapeutics' subsidiary, Grid AI, has entered into a Letter of Intent (LOI) with a stealth-mode hyperscaler AI data-center developer. This agreement deploys Grid AI's power-cluster optimization platform at a new AI campus in Texas's ERCOT market. It marks Grid AI’s first hyperscaler agreement, aligning with Entero's strategy to lead AI-driven power orchestration. A definitive contract is anticipated in Q1 2026.
The Texas campus is set to generate revenue by Q3 2026, reaching approximately $8 million annually in 2027 and exceeding $50 million by 2029. Multiple additional campuses are already planned. The partnership will advance Grid AI's orchestration platform, encompassing power-cluster design, commercial optimization, and data analytics.
Marshall Chapin of Grid AI indicated readiness to support hyperscale operators with orchestration tools for extensive power clusters. This LOI establishes a foundation for Grid AI's global expansion in supporting energy-dense campuses.
