Entreparticuliers launches a private bond placement of 2 million euros
On July 28, 2025, Entreparticuliers announced the issuance of 608 bonds with embedded warrants, for a nominal amount of €1,996,672. This private placement will potentially raise an additional €2 million if the warrants are exercised for cash.
The funds from this transaction will finance the acquisition of new Ethers, in support of the company's strategy announced in May 2025. The company is counting on the possibility of similar future issuances to finance its strategic development.
A change of corporate name will be submitted to a vote at the meeting on September 3, 2025, reflecting the strategic refocusing towards decentralized finance.
