Envirotech Vehicles Launches 1,500 Pound Lift Drone

Envirotech Vehicles, Inc. (NASDAQ:EVTV) has completed the development of the first American-made heavy-lift drone capable of carrying 1,500 pounds. This advanced drone integrates dual-use agricultural spray and wildfire protection technology, setting a new industry standard in the United States.

The drone can deliver 100 gallons of liquid per deployment and has an extended flight time of up to 45 minutes under full load. It offers precision with autonomous and semi-autonomous flight systems. Pre-orders begin next week, targeting agriculture and wildfire markets valued at $7 billion and $5.7 billion respectively by FY2024.

The drone serves farmers with scalable solutions for crop spraying and pest control, while also enhancing wildfire response by safely deploying fire suppressants. Envirotech collaborates with U.S. agencies to integrate this technology into national defense systems. Production starts soon, with deliveries expected in 2026.
