EPIC Suisse AG Sells Vennes III Property in Lausanne
EPIC Suisse AG announced the sale of its Vennes III commercial property in Lausanne. This move aligns with the company's strategy for active portfolio management and long-term capital recycling. Constructed by EPIC Group in 2013, the property spans 5,545 m² and yielded an annual rental income of CHF 1.7 million in 2025. The sale generated approximately CHF 51 million, surpassing the property's market value as of December 2025.
The contract was signed today, with ownership transfer set for June 2026. Despite the disposal, the company maintains a positive net rental income growth forecast for 2026, at around 1% compared to CHF 68.2 million in 2025.
