EPIC Suisse AG Releases Q1 2024 Financial Figures
EPIC Suisse AG (SIX: EPIC), a Swiss real estate company, has unveiled its high-level financial results for Q1 2024. The announcement coincides with its majority shareholder, Alrov Properties & Lodgings Ltd, reporting its figures.
As of 31 March 2024, the portfolio's fair value stands at CHF 1.54 billion. This is divided into CHF 1.443 billion for operational investment properties and CHF 101 million for properties under development/construction.
Total income for the first quarter of 2024 reached CHF 16.7 million, slightly down from CHF 16.8 million during the same period in 2023. The company’s total bank debt rose to CHF 619 million from CHF 610 million at the end of 2023.
The IFRS NAV for the period is CHF 814 million, a marginal increase from CHF 805 million recorded at the end of December 2023.
EPIC Suisse AG’s next financial update will come with the Half-Year Report on 21 August 2024, followed by selected high-level numbers on 26 November 2024.
