EQS Group Enters Exclusive Talks to Acquire Data Legal Drive
Munich – 4 July 2024. EQS Group, an international cloud software provider specializing in corporate compliance, investor relations, and sustainability reporting, announced exclusive negotiations to acquire Data Legal Drive. This French company is a prominent player in GDPR and anti-corruption compliance software. This acquisition will strengthen EQS Group's position in the European compliance SaaS market, particularly in data protection and GDPR compliance.
