ESGTI AG Completes Share Split, Announces New ISIN
ESGTI AG has successfully completed the share split approved at the Annual General Meeting on June 12. Each previous share with ISIN CH0298294981 and a nominal value of CHF 1.56 has been split into 6 shares with ISIN CH1376281973 and a nominal value of CHF 0.26.
Despite the split, the total share capital of ESGTI AG remains CHF 40,537,175.64. The company now has 155,912,214 registered shares in circulation.
