ESKER: Evolution of voting rights and shares in the share capital

ESKER has communicated information on the composition of its share capital for the months of March to August 2024. The number of shares making up the capital increased slightly from 6,043,471 in March to 6,071,091 in August. The number of treasury shares held by the company remained relatively stable at around 143,000.

The total number of theoretical voting rights varied between 7,071,308 in March and 7,116,779 in August. In terms of exercisable voting rights, a similar trend is observed with figures ranging from 6,928,003 in March to 6,973,647 in August.
