ESKER: Number of voting rights and shares making up the share capital

The ESKER company has communicated the figures relating to the voting rights and shares making up its share capital for the period from January to June 2024. In January 2024, the number of shares amounted to 6,040,120, before gradually increasing to reach 6,068,727 in June 2024.

The number of treasury shares remained relatively stable over the period, hovering around 143,000 units. As a result, the total number of theoretical voting rights fluctuated slightly, from 7,074,997 in January to 7,141,296 in June 2024.

As for the voting rights exercisable, they increased from 6,931,216 in January to 6,997,419 in June, thus showing a slight increase over the period studied.
