Etna French Bidco Crosses Threshold in Exclusive Networks

Etna French Bidco announced that it had crossed the thresholds of 90% of the capital and voting rights of Exclusive Networks. The crossing took place on February 21, 2025. Etna French Bidco now holds 83,210,435 shares, or 90.77% of the capital. This is the result of an acquisition of shares on the market and contributions in kind to associated entities. The transaction is part of a simplified public purchase offer launched by Etna French Bidco.

Etna French Bidco is indirectly owned by Etna UK Topco Limited. This is shared between CD&R Stratos Limited and Everest UK Holdco Limited, controlled respectively by investment funds Clayton, Dubilier & Rice Holdings and Permira Advisers LLP.
