Legal summons: Eurasia Foncière Investissements disputes the debt
Eurasia Foncière Investissements (EFI) has been sued by the Parisian public accountant. A request for liquidation or receivership has been filed for a tax debt of €2.49 million. This debt stems from taxes and penalties related to a tax audit.
The company disputes this claim, asserting that it is not insolvent thanks to its substantial rental property portfolio. EFI also argues the validity of certain parts of the claim.
A hearing was held on June 26, 2026, but the decision was referred to the chambers. The company is continuing its normal operations and informs the market of any developments.
