Eurobattery Minerals CEO Discusses Rights Issue and Strategic Projects

Eurobattery Minerals AB has announced that its CEO, Roberto García Martínez, recently sat down for an interview with Finwire Media amid an ongoing rights issue that aims to raise approximately SEK 78.5 million. During the interview, he outlined the company's growth strategy and key projects, such as the San Juan tungsten mine in Spain and the Hautalampi project in Finland.

The rights issue, which began on August 25 and will end on September 8, is seen as crucial for Eurobattery in securing Europe's independence in critical raw materials. The CEO highlighted the company's commitment to European supply chains for raw materials, adhering to high environmental standards, and positioning for growth amid the green energy transition.

Shareholders as of August 21 are entitled to participate, with units priced at SEK 0.18 each. The proceeds are earmarked for increasing ore reserves, expanding plant capacity, and completing feasibility studies. Eurobattery aims to transform into a revenue-generating entity, bolstered by market fundamentals.
