EuroPacific Announces Non-Brokered Private Placement
VANCOUVER, BC / ACCESSWIRE / June 20, 2024 / EuroPacific Metals Inc. (TSXV:EUP)(OTCQB:AUCCF) has announced a non-brokered private placement for up to 6,250,000 units at $0.04 per unit, aiming to raise up to $250,000.
Each unit will comprise one common share and one transferrable share purchase warrant. These warrants will entitle the holder to acquire an additional common share at a price of $0.05 per share, exercisable over a two-year period.
The proceeds from this placement are intended to support the company’s exploration projects, particularly in the highly prospective geological settings in Portugal.
