EUROPLASMA: Convocation to the ordinary and extraordinary general meeting of shareholders on September 24, 2024
Europlasma, specialist in the treatment of hazardous waste, the recovery of raw materials and decarbonization, informs of the holding of its ordinary and extraordinary General Meeting on September 24, 2024 in Pessac. This meeting will decide in particular on the accounts for the 2023 financial year.
An additional period of 3 months, granted by the Commercial Court of Mont-de-Marsan, allows a meeting until September 30, 2024. This follows the acquisition of MG-Valdunes.
The preparatory documents will soon be available on the company's website. The notice of meeting and convocation were published in the Bulletin of Obligatory Legal Announcements on July 22, 2024.
Europlasma requested the appointment of an ad hoc representative to represent the defaulting shareholders at this meeting.
