EUROPLASMA: Capital Status as of October 31, 2025
On November 5, 2025, Europlasma published updated figures concerning the total number of voting rights and shares comprising its share capital as of October 31, 2025. According to the company's press release, Europlasma reports a total of 1,842,117 shares outstanding, which corresponds to the same number of theoretical voting rights. These voting rights remained unchanged after the deprivation of rights for treasury shares, thus aligning the total number of exercisable voting rights with the number of shares outstanding. This update complies with the regulatory obligations prescribed by the French Commercial Code and the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF).
