Europlasma issues 200 convertible bonds for €1 million
Europlasma, an industrial player in pollution control and decarbonization, has announced the issuance of 200 bonds convertible into shares for a total amount of €1 million. This transaction is part of their €30 million, 36-month bond issue with Environmental Performance Financing, established in April 2024.
This issuance is being carried out without a prospectus approved by the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF) and could lead to significant dilution for shareholders as well as downward pressure on the share price due to the rapid sale of shares resulting from the conversion by EPF. Investors should exercise caution, as this is not the first transaction of its kind for Europlasma.
