EUROPLASMA reduces its capital due to losses
The Europlasma industrial group, specializing in pollution control and decarbonization, has announced a reduction in its capital, dropping from €2.50 to €0.025 per share. This decision, taken by the Board of Directors, aims to offset losses and adjust the par value of the shares. The capital is now set at €38,378.375, spread over 1,535,135 shares. The transaction is technical and does not affect the number of shares outstanding, but it supports the share price above the par value.
This reduction is part of a broader financing strategy, notably through the issuance of convertible bonds in April 2024. Europlasma warns investors of the dilution risks associated with these financial instruments, which could influence the share price. The company encourages vigilance before any investment, highlighting the potential impact of these transactions on the Euronext Growth market.
