EV Nickel's Surface Sampling Program Reveals Significant Nickel Mineralization
EV Nickel Inc. reported promising results from its surface sampling program in the Gemini North Zone, discovering nickel grades up to 0.64%. Out of 109 samples, 86 revealed substantial nickel content, with notable samples at 0.64% and 0.51% nickel. This exploration reinforces the potential of the company's Shaw Dome Project, located near the flagship Carlang A deposit.
The samples were collected from outcrop exposures on the western side of the ultramafic body, advancing previous findings from 2024 and 2025 drilling. Paul Davis, VP of Exploration, emphasized the strategic advantage of high nickel content at the surface, enhancing the project's exploration potential.
Further developments include ongoing drilling and metallurgical studies to evaluate the resource estimate. Additionally, the company gained financial traction as warrant holders exercised their options, raising $2.95 million. This positions EV Nickel to maintain over 48 months of operations at current expenditure rates.
